With the two individually adjustable sliders, the chest strap can be adjusted to any shoulder strap width (ideal for 5 - 10 cm) and can then be adjusted in length using the buckle that can be adjusted on one side. If the chest strap is too wide, it can be shortened by cutting it off. Then fuse the ends with a lighter.

Anbringhinweis:

Before you shorten, attach the chest strap to the shoulder straps with the two sliders on the outside. Possibly ask another person if they can help you. Put the backpack on, close the buckle. The chest strap must rest against the upper chest. Now make the chest strap longer or shorter on the sides. You can cut off the protruding ends with scissors and fuse the ends with a lighter. After that, you still have the option of adjusting the length of the chest strap on one side using the buckle, which is ideal because the strap may have to be made longer when wearing a winter jacket.
